Inventory & Supply Chain Analyst

I build the systems that catch the gap between what the books say and what's actually on the shelf — across F&B outlets, CAPEX sourcing, and supplier networks in Thailand and Myanmar.

About

AIT M.Eng · Thailand

I started in procurement and logistics — sourcing CAPEX equipment, negotiating with suppliers, clearing customs across Thailand and Myanmar. Somewhere along the way the question that interested me most stopped being "can we get this shipped" and became "does the inventory actually match what we think it is."

At Columbia Pictures Aquaverse, that question led me to build a full F&B inventory system from scratch — in Excel and a custom HTML app — because the back-office POS export wasn't giving leadership what they needed to spot shrinkage before it became a real loss.

I'm now looking for a role where that instinct — to reconcile, question, and visualize — is the actual job, not a side project.

F&B Inventory Reconciliation System

Built independently, end-to-end

Leadership had POS sales data but no reliable way to see whether physical stock matched the books. I built a full reconciliation pipeline — from raw SORASO exports to a perpetual daily movement model to a 5-outlet variance dashboard — that turned a blind spot into a monthly audit routine.

Power BI Dashboards

From the same dataset, visualized

The Excel system above is the source of truth — these dashboards are how it gets seen. One page tracks daily consumption at outlet level; the other rolls up variance across the whole property for monthly review.

Inventory Consumption & Stock Movement

Sandwich Bar · daily detail

Tracks daily receive/issue activity for one outlet — built to catch consumption peaks and replenishment cycles before they turn into stockouts.

  • 262,083 units issued across 1,147 transactions
  • 459,489 units received in the reporting period
  • 117 active SKUs monitored
  • Top usage: beverage syrups, dairy, frozen food

Multi-Outlet Variance Reconciliation

All 5 outlets · monthly rollup

The executive view — compares book balance against physical count across every outlet, and flags exactly where shrinkage or portioning issues are concentrated.

  • 4.53M units received across all outlets
  • 3.77M units consumed
  • 310 items flagged as over-usage or loss
  • 101 items reconciled with no variance

Digital Supply Chain Transformation

Jan – Mar 2026

Requisitions across all outlets ran on paper. Every form had to be hand-carried to the purchasing office, re-typed into Excel, and manually checked against inventory — with no real-time visibility and frequent stockouts as a result. I led the move to a digital workflow.

What the audit found

May 2026 · all outlets

Once the daily movement data was reconciled against physical counts, the pattern wasn't subtle. Over half of tracked items across the property showed usage exceeding what the system recorded — a signal worth investigating, not just a number on a dashboard.

This is the kind of finding a good inventory system is supposed to surface. Most don't, because most aren't reconciled daily.
